Ellansé is an advanced, injectable biostimulatory dermal filler formulated with polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres. This innovative treatment restores facial volume and smooths wrinkles by actively stimulating the body’s own natural collagen production.
Ellansé relies on a highly effective immediate dual-action mechanism:
Instant Lift: A carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) carrier gel provides immediate volume and contouring upon injection.
Gradual Rejuvenation: The PCL microspheres work continuously beneath the surface to gradually stimulate your body's natural collagen production for sustained results.
Tailored Treatment Options
At Nicola Anne Aesthetics, we offer two distinct variations of Ellansé to suit your specific aesthetic goals and desired longevity:
Ellansé S (Short) | PCL-1: Designed to correct volume loss and deliver beautiful aesthetic results that last for around 12 months.
Ellansé M (Medium) | PCL-2: Formulated with longer polymer chains, which take the body more time to break down via hydrolysis. This advanced formulation is designed to provide results lasting up to 24 months.

WHEN TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION
Allergy or Infection is extremely rare. If you do experience the following symptoms, then please seek urgent medical advice.
Pending Necrosis, though extremely rare, needs immediate attention to prevent scarring. It is caused by the filler or associated swelling disrupting the usual blood supply causing discolouration (pale or dusky coloured skin) and is usually associated with pain within the first few hours after a treatment.
Anaphylaxis : although this is extremely rare, it is a serious condition which requires urgent medical attention. Symptoms may include swelling, rashes, redness or blotching around your face and you may experience difficulty in breathing or talking. CALL 999.
