Service Description
CryoPen is a cutting-edge cryotherapy treatment that freezes and eliminates abnormal tissue without any invasive procedures. Using a high-pressure jet of nitrous oxide, the CryoPen device precisely targets lesions, disrupting cell membranes for effective results. With a focus on precision and non-invasiveness, Nicola Anne Aesthetics ensures a safe and efficient experience for all clients. Typical treated areas and skin concerns including skin lesions, warts, verrucae, milia, skin tags, age spots and cherry angiomas. There are no cuts, bleeding or stitches required during this fast, high-success treatment. Important : Pre-Treatment Precautions: It is advisable, prior to your treatment, that you follow a few precautions: • Do not use retinols, exfoliating acids (like AHAs, BHAs, and PHAs), and physical scrubs for 48 hours before your appointment. • Do not use fake tan or gradual tanner for at least two weeks beforehand. • Do not have any laser or IPL treatments on the area we'll be working on for at least one week prior. Additional CryoPen Treatments at the same appointment are available at an additional £20 per treatment and you should allow an extra 5 minutes per additional CryoPen treatment. You can add the additional treatment to your shopping basket. Target Areas: Face and Body Ideal Treatment Protocol: A subsequent treatment may be necessary to ensure all unwanted tissue has disappeared. A patch test will also be required. A bespoke plan will be discussed at your initial free consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Free Consultations We recommend, and in some cases require, all new clients to attend an initial consultation to discuss all potential treatment. We can ascertain your objectives and ensure that the treatment offered is right for you. Medical Information Details We take our client care very seriously and we ask all clients to complete a comprehensive medical & lifestyle questionnaire. This helps us understand your current medical situation so that the treatment offered is right for you and we are aware of any issues that may prevent certain treatments from being offered. Please ensure this is completed prior to your free consultation and if you situation has changed, that it is recompleted with any updates. Prior to any treatment, you must complete a client consent form. We reserve the right to decline treatments if they are not deemed suitable. All details held are in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are strictly confidential. Cancellations and Late Arrival Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment or are running late. Cancellations and Rescheduled Appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment - you can reschedule via the website. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, so please arrive a little early. Late cancellations may be subject to the loss of deposit payment for any treatments and the ability to offer future appointments may be affected. Children Unfortunately children are not permitted in any of the clinics. Minimum Age By law, you must be over the age of 18 to receive injectable cosmetic treatments and we may require proof of age if this is in doubt. Treatment Courses If you book a treatment course or package, these are offered at a considerable discount and must be paid in full at your first appointment. Any changes to your treatment plan is only permitted at the discretion of Nicola Anne Aesthetics. Deposit Payments & Refunds Deposit payments are required for treatment bookings and will be requested as an online payment at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you have not rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, or fail to attend your appointment without prior notification. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment and we accept cash and card payments in person when settling your account. All treatments are non-refundable.
